Yes. There is step-free access, free on-street parking, public transport. If you have any particular needs, just let us know, we'd be happy to help.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, a bottle of water (there will be tea, coffee and water available), and a notebook if you’d like to jot down reflections.Yoga mats, blanket, floor seats, bolsters and chairs will be set up for you to make sure you're extra comfy.

I’ve never done breathwork or EFT before. Do I need to do anything before it?

You will receive a Questionnaire and Waiver in your Welcome email to complete before you arrive.
On the day everything will be explained step-by-step, and you’ll be gently guided the whole way.

However breathwork journeys are not recommended for people that are pregnant or that have a personal or family history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injuries, surgery or illness - particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck and/or reproductive organs.
